dual-arm collaborative robot is developed on the prototype jk 7 for the applications in 3c fields. the robot is designed smaller than jk 7, and with 7-axis for single-arm and 14 axes for dual-arm, it is lightweight with high flexibility and moves fast. by using joint torque sensor and force control algorithm, it achieves collision detection, force compliant installation, contact force detection, constant contact force movement and other functions to satisfy the needs of precision assembly. It can be equipped with different modular tools in the end of dual arms to grab components, assembly, screw and complete other operations. the robot is suitable for desktop assembly for mobile phone, computer, small appliances and other 3c products. It can be placed into the original station and replace the workers, which saves space to the utmost and improves work efficiency.
